Note Cosmetics Stash Overview

Note Cosmetics Cambodia has just launched their shop in the Kingdom. The company was generous enough to provide samples for testing and feedback. Since it's a new brand to me, I have made a little research about it. Note Cosmetics is a European makeup brand produced by a company that's specialized in skin care. So I think it's more likely that the products are not just makeup but nutrients for the skin as well.
