Sola Cosmetics Teint Foundation and Primer Pressed Powder Swatches and Review

I just love trying new products and new brands. Who doesn't? Here's another makeup brand with a gorgeous royal purple packaging- Sola Cosmetics. My unboxing article for this lovely package sent all the way from Thailand can be found HERE.

I got sent mainly makeup base products and two of them are the Primer Teint Foundation with SPF 50 and the Primer Pressed Powder Matte. Primer Teint Foundation has probably the most beautiful liquid foundation packaging I have ever seen. It is a cylinder plastic bottle with a deep elegant purple color and silver shade lid cap. It is a pumped bottle that makes it messy free and convenient use. Of course, to match it's theme, Primer Pressed Powder Matte is also in a purple packaging. This compact powder is also unique from the rest of other pressed powder packaging because it's closed and sealed with a magnet. The applicator is not a sponge but a very soft and smooth cushion that leaves a very fine and flawless finish without caking.

Primer Teint Foundation gives a light to medium coverage. You may need help from concealers to cover unwanted spots for a clean makeup base. The Matte Pressed Powder works so well by setting any makeup base whether liquid or cream. It does a great job in mattifying the skin. My face usually oils up after 4 hours but when I use this, oiliness appears like 6 hours and beyond.

Final Verdict: I like the Teint Foundation and super love the Primer Pressed Powder.
