The Little Garden Villa
Life can sometimes be depressing and stressful and getting away can be the solution. Because of all the pains and troubles my friend has encountered, we got away for sometime to reflect, relax and take off all the stress. Read on where we got away.
Cambodia is one of the top tourist destination in South East Asia. With all the foreigners, expats, returnees and businessmen flocking in, guest houses have become common.
The Little Garden Villa is a dreamy mini paradise located within the streets Boueng Keng Kang, Phnom Penh. According to their website, this guest house was a family home in the 1990's then later became a three star hotel.
You could tell how wonderful the villa is at first glance of its entrance. The green tall trees and the creeping thick vines on its walls are very much inviting.

I love love love how they set up everything! The dining area right beside the pool is so romantic. With the green and very relaxing view around would make anyone get addicted to the place. The pool by the way I think is not very safe for children as it's too deep and more appropriate for adults only. Kids can still enjoy the waters but make sure you stay with them and let them wear safety gears like jackets or floaters.
A lounging area is also placed in front of the pool. This is our favourite spot in the villa. We spend hours lying down listening to music, relaxing and just feeling the cool breeze.

Their service staffs also speak English and you won't have a problem with miscommunication. They're also helpful, polite and accommodating.

Our room got this gorgeous large walk through window with a mini garden outside.

The room rate already includes free breakfast and here's our favourite meal every morning. Egg omelet, toast, bacon and tomatoes and a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.

Here's more of The Little Garden Villa's sumptuous meals from their menu which we served our visitors during our stay here. The club sandwiches are superb with the yummy bread alone. The carbonara spaghetti was too salty for our taste but the cook managed to remix it. They also got khmer recipes which are very satisfying.
Overall, we enjoyed every moment of our stay in this small paradise. My friend got all relaxed and renewed from all the negativity that happened. I got refreshed as well.

Always wanted to visit SEA counties aside from my own. Cambodia seems like a nice country to go to.

Yes, Cambodia is a nice place. Cost of living is very cheap too. There's a lot of foreigners who are already staying here actually.
DeleteWow cool place :D how much was your stay there if you don't mind me asking?
ReplyDeleteWe stayed there for a week so we spent around 600$ but we had many visitors so our bill was quite expensive.
